Amidst China’s  progress in various areas, it is quite suprising that there are some ridiculous rules and regulations in the country, regulations that completely which defies human logic and common sense. Check out this article on China’s strange rules and regulations. You be the judge.!

Whether one like it or not, US is still the world biggest economic power despite it’s massive debts. The recent US  Senate decision to raise the debt ceiling so as to avoid a default of its loan payment only serve to make more countries particularly the major lenders such as China to feel even more uneasy.

Elsewhere Europe’s situation is not good either. Countries such as Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal better known as the PIG European Union members are in serious financial crisis situation. The Euro currency is under pressure given the need to bail out the PIG nations.

It is interesting to note that China is one of the major stake holder of government bonds issued by the US as well as EU. The greenback or the Euro devaluation will have tremendous impact on China.

In his recent visit to Europe, China’s Prime Minister Wen told Germany’s Prime Minister that China will continue to assists Europe in terms of monetary and financial assistance however he also emphasized the need for the EU nations to put its economic and financial house in order.

With so much at stake for China, the country is also under US pressure to raise its currency to at least up by another 30%. The US government feels that China’s Yuan is intentionally  kept low by its government  by as much as 50%.

A big increase in the Yuan currency or further slips of US currency value will impact and affect China’s investment in US. With so many uncertainties besetting both Europe and US, I guess it pays to be prudent with our own spending.

Come to think of it, well the heck did all those money goes? I mean  just think about it, from the law of physics, energy is neither created nor destroyed. So for every single dollar that someone lose in the financial market such as stocks, bonds and etc, someone else must have gotten the gain out from it.

Okay, so for the billions of dollars lose in the financial market where did all those money goes to? The money (though just in paper) can’t just simply vanish into thin air could they?

What choice does the US senate and lawmakers has? Practically nothing with the exception of raising the debt ceiling!. Speaking of accomplishment, I bet even a 10 year kid is able to figure out that solution is a sure winner!!

The way I see it raising the debt ceiling will not solve US huge debt problems and probably will never will, not n the foreseeable nor the distant future. Come to think of it,President Obama might just be the smartest USA president. Not only has he accelerate US debts through various mindless health care subsidies and other wasteful funding such as bailing out giant corporations such as GM, banks and etc, he knows US can afford to default or even write off debts easily.

The biggest losers might very just well be either China or Japan or both, two of the largest holders of US government treasury bonds and US currency reserves. Particularly China’s huge surplus tied to the US currency and bonds makes it vulnerable to stability and value of the US currency.

President Obama can put his mind at ease and continue to print as much money as the country needs. China will have to continue with US Congress ridiculous politicking and stock up US currency as reserves in order to maintain the value Uncle Sam dollar.

So much so for US debt issue, Whom do you think is smarter in this case ? President Obama or China’s Hu Jintao? You be the judge.

We can’t deny the fact that looks and outward physically appearance does matter a lot when it comes to getting sales through face to face contact. Here’s something for a change. As the saying goes, dress to kill or rather dress to impress and make a sales.

We may have heard of the desperate poor guy or woman who trade his kidney to survive due to extreme poverty but doing so for the sake of an iPad 2 just simply defies logic and beyond anyone’s comprehension!
